wellness+ Limitation Details

1) Points accrued are based on the calendar year. Customers earn one (1) point for every dollar spent on eligible front-end purchases they make when they scan their card at the register. Excludes tobacco, alcohol, gift cards, online purchases, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, prepaid cards, stamps, other mail services, dairy, items distributed by Moran Foods or Save A Lot Food Stores and items prohibited by law. Items paid for in whole or in part by state or federal healthcare programs also are excluded (e.g. HealthFirst). The value of any Rite Aid generated coupon or reward redeemed also is excluded from all point calculations (including +UP Rewards, or any couvpon distributed in Rite Aid circulars, newspapers, email or loaded directly to wellness+ Rewards Card). Customers earn 25 points for every prescription purchased when they scan their card at the register. Prescriptions paid for in whole or in part by state or federal healthcare programs such as Medicare or Medicaid are not eligible. Prescriptions filled in NY/NJ are not eligible.

2) Shopping pass delivered to members via email, register receipt, mail or directly to wellness+ Rewards Card depending upon the contact information provided as determined in Rite Aid's sole discretion. Members must present pass or wellness+ Rewards Card when directly loaded to card at checkout to receive discount. When used with a sale priced item, the customer will receive the lower of the discount price or sale price. Discount not valid on prescriptions, prescription copays, tobacco, alcohol, gift cards, online purchases, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, prepaid cards, stamps, other mail services, dairy, items distributed by Moran Foods or Save A Lot Food Stores and items prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other offer. Offer void if member's card already gives 10% or 20% off purchases when scanned.

3) Bronze, silver, and gold discounts will remain active through the end of the next calendar year. All other benefits will expire on or before March 31st of the following year. Members must present their wellness+ Rewards Card at checkout to receive any discount. When used with a sale priced item the customer will receive the lower of the discount price or sale price. Discount not valid on prescriptions, prescription co-pays, tobacco, alcohol, gift cards, online purchases, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, prepaid cards, stamps, other mail services, dairy, items distributed by Moran Foods or Save A Lot Food Stores and items prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other offer.

4) Members will receive one health and wellness reward of their choice when they earn 500 points within the calendar year. Reward notification will be delivered on register receipt and/or email upon achieving 500 points, directing member to www.riteaid.com to redeem health and wellness reward. Reward benefit is available for 90 days after earning 500 points. Members must have an active wellness+ account online to redeem their health and wellness reward. All rewards selections are final. Rewards are limited to individuals living at the same address as cardholder. Complete information on how to redeem free health and wellness reward will be provided on www.riteaid.com. Please note health and wellness reward options may change throughout the year based on availability. Rite Aid is not responsible for the change in policies of third party providers.

5) Rite Aid is not responsible for unintended redemption of any offer. Entire amount of the offer must be used in one transaction. Physical wellness+ Rewards Card must be presented at time of transaction. Rite Aid reserves the right to add, modify or delete any digital offer without prior notification. Rite Aid reserves the right to limit the number of offers loaded to wellness+ Rewards Card. Customers are required to have an active online account with a valid wellness+ Rewards Card. Digital offers are deducted from the customer purchase prior to paper coupons and cannot be added or removed once card is scanned. Participation in all mobile Load2Card offerings authorizes Rite Aid to market through SMS. Texting fees may apply. Members may opt-out at any time. Digital offers cannot be combined with manufacturer paper coupons of equal value on the purchase of a single item. All coupon policies apply to digital coupons.
